Google Local Business Center:

The Google Local Business Center is a tool for business owners, giving them the most control over the way their business listing appears in Google's local search, shown on Google.com and on Google Maps, as well as on mobile devices.

Easy-to-use tools enable webmasters to see how their site performs, diagnose problems, and share information with us in order to improve their visibility in Google search results. Within this suite of tools, we offer Sitemaps to help site owners submit a list of URLs for us to crawl, and useful forms to report spam in our index, report paid links, or submit a re-inclusion request.
